Water Purification
Source Water: Our multi-staged processors are coupled into the municipal water system. Multi – Media Processor: This process removes suspended particles and sediment from the municipal water supply. Activated Carbon Processor: This process removes the water supply’s chlorine and chloramines, as well as the organics created by decaying vegetation. Ion Exchange: This process is designed to exchange sodium ions for hardness causing calcium and magnesium ions found in the water supply. Sediment Pre-filter: This pre-filter removes additional particles from the water, down to the 1 micron size. Reverse Osmosis: At the heart of our process, this method uses membranes to remove all remaining impurities. Ozonation: This equipment produces and injects ozone into our product water as the final assurance the it is free of any harmful microbes. NOTE: We test our bottle washer levels and our water daily to insure the finest quality product at competitive prices.
